When you've enabled the Lezyne Track function on your GPS device, we send an email to your recipients within seconds of starting your ride. Unfortunately, your email service provider may not deliver the email as soon as we send it.
One way to address the issue would be for you to add livetrack-no-reply@lezyne.com to your "whitelist." That's going to be a different process for each email provider, but here is the process for the email provider that we're seeing the most issues with (and a couple others).
