If you are traveling long distances, or riding in many different locations, you may need to keep track of your Offline Maps on the GPS and in the Ally app. There are a few ways you can see what map areas you have downloaded.
Set Map Style to Offline Maps
The best way to see your downloaded map tiles will be to switch your Map Style to Offline Maps in the app. This will make downloaded map tiles show in modified detail while browsing the Navigation screen.

iPhone |
Offline Maps will now show up with extended detail in the Navigation screen |
View Downloaded Map Areas in a List
To view your downloaded map tiles in a list, preview their coverage area individually, and rename them, select Offline Maps in the Navigation section.
Android |
iPhone |
In the Offline Map listing, you can click on each map to be shown the downloaded region. |
You can also retitle the map at the top of this screen to help with identifying the area at a glance. |
Downloading a New Map Area
Downloaded map tiles are also shown when attempting to download a new map area. The map squares already loaded to the app will show as a grey box. |
Note: This will not show any map tiles loaded onto the GPS that have not been also loaded to the app. This can happen when you are managing your map storage or loading new maps from GPS Root. You can see more about that HERE.
