All of our products are built to last, though some parts can wear over time just like the tires or drive-train on a bicycle. For those cases, Lezyne offers a number of repair parts to support our customers.
Lezyne is based in San Luis Obispo, California, and from that main office, we handle all warranties in the United States and its territories.
Customers outside the US in need of support beyond troubleshooting or technical advice must contact their original retailer. The original retailer will coordinate with the Lezyne distributor in that country to get any repair parts or replacement items to satisfy those needs.
That said, the warranty period and level of support is up to the individual distributor in each country and Lezyne USA has little or no influence in the matter.
Please do not contact the distributor directly. Distributors are structured to work with bike shops and often do not have a customer service department to work directly with end users.
